Throughout the day, one exciting #panel followed the next and many inspiring #speakers shared their experiences on the topics that will shape the #workworldintourism in the future.
From the question of what #workinglife in tourism will look like in the future, when the #skillshortage – also in view of demographic developments – will become more and more acute on the one hand, but on the other hand the #CustomerServiceOrientation will become more and more important, to forecasts about the effects of work trends in the direction of #RemoteWork and a newly defined and qualitatively designed #WorkLifeBalance, many topics were addressed that are of burning interest to me as a representative of #GenZ and a prospective #graduate on the future labor market.
Which USP should companies in the tourism industry focus on in their #EmployerBrand , in order to create an authentic narrative that does justice to working in tourism in today’s world?
And under these circumstances, doesn’t #Recruiting need to become more creative and innovative and make more targeted use of other #channelsandcommunicationstrategies to reach new #targetgroups?
What key role will #PeopleManagement and #FemaleLeadership play in this process?
I came to the show with many questions – some of which I was able to discuss live on stage with my guests, Ms. Sabine Pracht and Prof. Dr. Heinz-Dieter Quack.
Others have continued to accompany me while I attended the #ITBConvention as a guest myself.
The many impressions I was able to gather, the conversations I had and the contacts I made were an incredibly #valuableexperience for me, for which I am very grateful.
I am looking forward to next year and can hardly wait!
